Teachers and Parents Training

In Bangladesh, the lack of trained special education teachers is the greatest problem at the schools where disabled and autistic children are enrolled. SHEBI intends to organize training programs for the teachers at several schools in Bangladesh. Currently SHEBI is trying to locate volunteer special education teachers in USA who will travel to Bangladesh on short assignments to train the Bangladeshi teachers. SHEBI will arrange accommodation, food, transportation and weekend tours for the teachers while they are in Bangladesh. There will be a few centers where parents and guardians of special needs children will also be trained.
